Refundable amount is credited to the customer's bank account shared using the link sent in SMS by the Big Foot Marketing Pvt Ltd. Refund is credited within 5-7 working days of sharing the bank details.

Shift Options: On the Nature Milk platform, users often have the option to select a "Delivery Shift."
Morning: Generally 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM.
Evening (if available in your area): Generally 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
2. Order Cut-off Times
To receive milk the next morning, you typically need to place or modify your order by a specific cut-off time the previous night:
Cut-off: Usually 10:00 PM.
Changes made after this time will generally apply to the day after tomorrow.
